🥣 How to Make

STEP ONE: For the dressing, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and chives in a jar or other container for storing any leftover dressing. Slowly add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. You can add additional salt and pepper, to taste, if needed.

STEP TWO: For the salad, rough-chop the romaine hearts, then combine romaine, tomatoes, and bacon in a large bowl and toss. When serving, add the desired amount of croutons. If not serving immediately, omit combining the bacon; store it separately and add to the salad as desired.
⭐ Pro Tips ⭐
- Dry the lettuce thoroughly after washing so the dressing clings better, and the salad stays crisp.
- Cook the bacon until extra crispy for the best texture.
- Add the croutons just before serving to keep them crunchy.
- Chill the dressing for 15-30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
- If preparing ahead, store the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, croutons, and dressing separately until serving time.
