- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally.
- Layer ham slices on the bottom half making sure to touch edges of the bread.
- Add Swiss cheese, then another layer of ham and cheese if you'd like them extra hearty.
- Place the tops of the rolls back on.
- Mix garlic into the melted butter. Stir in mustard if using.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture using a pastry brush.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds over the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the tops are golden and toasty.
