Easy Ham and Swiss Sliders Recipe
These Ham & Swiss Sliders are an easy, cheesy, and delicious solution to using up leftover Easter ham. They're also great any time of year for a party food or weeknight dinner.

- 12 Dinner Rolls or Hawaiian Rolls
- 8 ounces sliced ham
- 8 ounces Swiss Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- ½ Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 4 teasponns Mustard
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally.
Layer ham slices on the bottom half making sure to touch edges of the bread.
Add Swiss cheese, then another layer of ham and cheese if you’d like them extra hearty.
Place the tops of the rolls back on.
Mix garlic into the melted butter. Stir in mustard if using.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture using a pastry brush.
Sprinkle poppy seeds over the top.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the tops are golden and toasty.
- Use any cheese you love: provolone, cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack all work great!
- Add a bit of Worcestershire sauce or honey to the butter for an extra flavor punch.
- For even more flavor, opt for Everything Bagel Seasoning in place of the poppy seeds.
- These sliders can be prepped ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
