To add to the fun of Earth day and offer an indoor way to learn and celebrate, I created the Earth Day Word Search not only as a fun activity, but also as a way to remind kids and ourselves how important it is to take care of our planet. Print it, share it, and enjoy some mindful, eco-conscious entertainment.
The puzzle includes 22 words like recycle, conservation, pollution, trees, and sustainability. Spend some time with kids discussing the included words with kids to learn their meanings and why they are important.
You can easily print the word search on plain printer paper, or for a better option, print it, trim it to size, and mount it on colorful construction paper. Make as many copies as you like for friends, family, or classroom activities! Be sure to recycle it once you’re finished!
