The sweet cinnamon-y sweet taste is perfect for snacks. Beyond snacks, we use them in making desserts and even go so far as to crunch them up to use as crusts for pies. But, have you ever thought about making them at home?
Homemade Graham Crackers are super easy to make and come out just as crunchy and sweet as store-bought. The best part is you know exactly what is in them!
With just a few basic ingredients, you can whip these yummy crackers up in no time! Who knows! You may never buy store-bought graham crackers again!
This recipe is simple and straightforward. While many graham cracker recipes will call for graham flour, ours uses regular old white flour and whole wheat flour.
The rest of the ingredients are also things you most likely already have in your kitchen.

3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Honey
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda

How to make Homemade Graham Crackers
In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and honey. Mix until blended.
Add baking soda to white flour and then gradually add in flour and wheat flour alternating between them until incorporated.
Roll out dough between sheets of wax or parchment paper to about 1/8″ thickness.
Cut/score into individual cracker sizes and use a skewer or toothpick to make holes in the crackers.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
Line a cookie sheet with silicone or parchment paper. (NOTE: I place a Silpat liner on the pan. Nothing ever sticks!)
Preheat oven to 350.
Separate crackers and place on prepared sheet.
Bake until crackers begin to brown, about 10 minutes.
Enjoy!

These taste delicious and so easy! I will say, the baking time is pretty off. I had to bake for 20 min because they were chewy like ginger snaps after 10-12 min

how many are in a serving for your nutritional value
Chrysa says
Its for one cracker as long as your final result is 48 crackers. If you make them smaller or bigger it will obviously vary!

Hi there FYI you forgot to mention baking soda to add to ingredients I’m sure most will figure that out but just do you knows 💗 I’m not sure if they are suppose to be brown after cooking them but mine weren’t so I left them in for a bit longer?
