Ground Beef Taco Casserole Recipe

Ground Beef Taco Casserole
This Ground Beef Taco Casserole Recipe is a recipe that I have been making for almost as long as I have been cooking in my own home. When I was first married, I knew a lot of the basics of cooking, but I didn’t really know many recipes. This was something easy that I could make in a hurry that tasted great!!

The recipe calls for a packet of taco seasoning mix, but you can also substitute your own homemade taco seasoning – something that is super easy to mix together and keep on hand in your pantry. Another “option” with this recipe is that I sometimes make it with chicken instead of beef. To do that, I just dice up two chicken breasts and make sure it is cooked all the way through as the first step of the recipe preparation.
