- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- Cooked Elbow Macaroni
- Butter
- All-Purpose Flour
- Whole Milk
- Salt and Pepper

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 3 Tablespoons of butter in large skillet.
STEP 3: Add milk and whisk.
STEP 4: Add salt and pepper and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and starts to bubble.
STEP 5: Slowly stir in both kinds of cheese (save a little cheese to sprinkle later) and the rest of the butter and whisk until smooth and melted.
STEP 6: Add the noodles once the cheeses have melted and mixed well.
STEP 7: Pour mixture into greased 9×13 baking pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
STEP 8: Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cheesy Baked Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups Cooked Elbow Macaroni
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper

- Add the milk and whisk.
- Add the salt and pepper and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and starts to bubble.
- Slowly stir in both kinds of cheese (save a little cheese to sprinkle later) and the last 2 Tablespoons of butter and whisk until smooth and melted.
- Add the noodles once the cheeses have melted and mixed well.
- Pour into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
