This Watermelon Kiwi Pops Recipe makes a refreshing summer treat. Make them look even more like watermelon by using raisins as watermelon “seeds”.

This yummy Watermelon Kiwi Pops recipe is perfect for summer treats and what is even better is that they are actually healthy! They are made out of pure fruit with no added sugar.
On top of being delicious and healthy, they are also cute! The colors of the pops mimic the color of a watermelon slice itself.
To make these look even MORE like watermelon, you can add raisins to the watermelon portion of the pops to look like black watermelon seeds.
This Watermelon Kiwi Pops Recipe is easily made with the Zoku Quick Pop Maker. This hand device freezes the pops right on your countertop. If you don’t have a pop maker, we also have instructions to make the pops in small paper cups.
And while adults love these watermelon pops too, you can also make some more “grown up” treats of watermelon sorbet or a watermelon agua fresca float.
Watermelon Kiwi Pops Recipe
(Yield about 6 pops)
INGREDIENTS
3 cup Watermelon cut in cubes
2 Kiwis peeled and sut in cubes
18-24 Raisins (optional)
How to Make Watermelon Kiwi Ice Pops:
Puree kiwi in food processor or blender until liquified.
Transfer to pouring container
Puree watermelon in food processor or blender until liquified.
Transfer to pouring container
You can optionally add sugar or honey if extra sweetness is desired.
If you are using a Zoku Quick Pop Maker:
Place stick in position.
Pour watermelon juice in maker about ⅔ way to fill line.
Add 3 or 4 raisins to simulate seeds (optional).
Wait 6 minutes or until firmed.
Pour kiwi juice in maker up to fill line.
Wait 10 minutes or until frozen.
Use tool to remove pop and place in freezer.
If you are not using a Zoku:
Pour watermelon juice in popsicle molds or small paper cups about ⅔ full.
Add 3 or 4 raisins to simulate seeds (optional).
Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until mixture begins to firm.
Insert sticks.
Pour kiwi juice in popsicle molds or small paper cups to fill.
Return to freezer for several hours.
Use hot water to release from molds.
