It’s time for me to share my latest finds! Up today we have sneakers, home care, entertainment and more!
The first on the list is also my favorite! I honestly was not familiar at all with the NORTIV 8 shoe brand or their ALLSWIFIT sneaker line. They gifted me this pair of the Women’s Mesh Athleisure Sneakers. After wearing them for a few weeks now, I’m a big fan! They are super lightweight and breathable, but also have plush cushioning, great support and are really stable.
I’ve been wearing them to go on long walks with the dog, to run errands, and as an everyday shoe and they have made it to the front of my closet as a new favorite. Learn more and shop here.
Next up is the Chom Chom Original Pet Hair Roller. With 3 cats and a German Shepherd, we deal with a LOT of pet hair in our house so I’m always looking for the next best thing to deal with it.
Chom Chom is a non-motorized, infinitely reusable lint roller that creates a hair-grabbing electrostatic charge to clean your furniture, clothing, rug, etc. I like that it’s easy to use, and not wasteful like rollers with sticky papers. Overall I think it’s a good option, but I still swear by my tried and true method of wearing latex gloves to wipe down clothing and furniture.
I know I’m 100% dating myself when I say that John Travolta as Vinnie Barbarino was my first childhood crush. That’s why I was so excited to see that Welcome Back, Kotter The Complete Series is now available on DVD.
I don’t know if we even have a DVD player, but I will definitely track one down to watch this as I haven’t seen it in decades! The collection includes all 95 episodes from the four seasons featuring the antics of Mr. Kotter and the “sweathogs” – Epstein, Washington, Horshack and Barbarino – at Buchanan High in Brooklyn.
