Artichoke and spinach dip and cheese are wrapped up in crescent rolls for this delicious and easy to make snack.

The best part of a party or get-together can also be the most time consuming to plan. What part is that? The food, of course! I just found out that Tastefully Simple’s Get Together Kit is an easy, fun and DELICIOUS way to plan the food!
We LOVE family game nights. We’ll gather together whoever is available and plan a board game blow-out. While the game playing is super fun, the food is usually the highlight and I try to make it something special. The Tastefully Simple Get Together Kit is making that easy!
The Get Together Kit includes 8 Tastefully Simple products and 6 easy to prepare recipes that use those products along with a few fresh ingredients to create your whole party menu. The recipes make the planning and preparation totally worry-free, but you can also get creative and use the delicious products in your own creations.
Let’s take a look at what’s in the kit:
Spinach & Herb Seasoning
Spinach, garlic and dill all combine in this Spinach & Herb Seasoning, making it perfect for burgers, eggs, pasta or rice. You can also add it to mayonnaise and sour cream to make a classic spinach dip.
Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix
Continuing on the spinach theme, this mix makes a creamy, cheesy and delicious warm dip. You just need to add cream cheese and Swiss cheese. For some other options you can use it as a sauce for white pizza or use it to make mac and cheese.
Honey Teriyaki Sauce
This thick and tasty sauce is super versatile. It can be drizzled on chicken or kabobs. Break out the slow cooker and make up a batch of ribs with the sauce poured over the top. As an easy appetizer you can brush it on bacon-wrapped chicken bites and bake.
Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce
The second sauce in the kit is this Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce that’s great over grilled meats or on sandwiches. Hearty and thick, the smoky bacon-flavored sauce is delicious with ribs, pork chops, burgers and chicken.
Bountiful Beer Bread Mix
I’ve been a fan of this mix for years! It’s easy to make just by adding beer or another carbonated beverage, mixing and baking. It’s delicious with that Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix or to make sandwiches. I still want to try making French toast with it
Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Jam
For the easiest appetizer ever, pour this jam over a block of cream cheese and serve with crackers. You can also add to add sweet heat to burgers, shrimp, meatloaf or chicken.
Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix
This delicious pound cake is moist and super chocolatey. We love it “as is” but you can also top it with ice cream, berries, whipped cream, or (our favorite, which you’ll see below) with Tastefully Simple Creamy Caramel Sauce. You can also lighten up your cake by substituting yogurt or applesauce for the butter when you make it. The only other necessary addition is water!
Creamy Caramel Sauce
As I just mentioned above, we love this smooth and buttery sauce on top of the Classy Chocolate Pound Cake, but it makes a delicious topping for ice cream, apples, cheesecake, bread pudding or other desserts too. You can stir it into your coffee too!
Game Night Snack Suggestions
There are SO many options for snacks made out of the items included in the Get Together Kit. A recipe card is included with the kit, plus you can find lots more ideas on the Tastefully Simple web site.
For our game night party, I wanted to make both an easy-to-eat handheld option that was a little bit filling and could keep us going through our game play.
I decided to use the Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix to create handheld roll-ups that would be warm and satisfying. Here’s the super simple recipe along with a few variations:
Cheesy Artichoke and Spinach Rolls
Ingredients:
Tastefully Simple Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 8 oz. tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
How to make cheesy artichoke and spinach rolls:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix together the dip mix, cream cheese and and mozzarella cheese.
Spread mixture onto crescent roll dough.
Roll up and place on a baking sheet that has been greased or covered with a liner.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Options:
Add 1 cup cooked and chopped chicken.
Add 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped.
Lay a spinach leaf on each piece of dough before adding filling and rolling up.
For dessert I made the Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix and topped it with the Creamy Caramel Sauce and a sprinkle of sea salt. Chocolate, caramel and sea salt are such a classic combination!
I loved that I could make the cake ahead of time and then, when we were ready for our sweet treat, just add the topping and serve. It’s so delicious and definitely a party-worthy dessert.
