My husband is a huge football fan, so I know about game day parties. We love getting together with our family and friends, to watch the games, but we are on a budget. My goal is to look for great recipes and ingredients to make my food a hit.
Nothing can ruin a tailgate party like rain. But no worries! You can throw a homegate party in your home instead of the parking lot of the football stadium. I love to homegate because the seats are great, the food is amazing, and the company is always fun to be with.
As hosts of the party, I usually make the appetizers and dips while my husband grills burgers and hot dogs. On a game day week, I make my list, buy my ingredients and prep what I can the night before the game.
I found this French’s® Sweet And Spicy Mustard Game Day HomeGate Dip Recipe we are trying this weekend. We were intrigued because it has some of our favorite ingredients including French’s® Mustard, Frank’s® Redhot and Stubb’s® Bar-B-Q. I had just never put these products together in one recipe.
This dip is creamy, has a tang and a bit of a kick and we dip our favorite Blue Diamond Nut-Thins crackers to scoop it up!
