This tasty 2-ingredient Keto Everything Bagel Cheddar Crisps Recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make keto snack!
Their square shape makes them the perfect keto cracker, ready for topping.
What Are Good Keto Snacks?
I found it surprisingly easy to find Keto snack recipes once I figured out the basic list of keto-friendly foods to include. Some of my favorite Low Carb and Keto snacks are cheese, hard-boiled eggs, nuts, avocado, deli meats, and olives.
One of my go-to snacks, when I am in a hurry, is to grab a few slices of salami or turkey and a few mozzarella sticks. I wrap the meat around the cheese and I am satisfied until my next meal!
All around, cheddar cheese is a great option on the keto diet. While there are tons of keto cheese chips out there, what I like about this one is that rather than shredded piles of cheese we use neatly cut slices.
By starting with squares of cheddar, you end up with what are essentially neatly square cheddar crackers. It makes them easy to use as a base for all kinds of keto-friendly toppings.
These chips get an extra burst of flavor from Everything Bagel Seasoning, which contains poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried minced garlic and onion, and sea salt. I always have it on hand in my kitchen!
You can use your favorite brand of everything bagel style seasoning. For this recipe we used Sam’s Choice Everything Seasoning, but I also love the McCormick Everything Bagel All Purpose Seasoning and Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend is super popular.

Step 2: Lay the cheese ½ inch apart on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Remove from the oven, and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes so they can crisp up some more. Makes 48 snacks.
Can I Make Keto Cheese Snacks in the Air Fryer?
The happy answer is yes you can! So long as you line your Air Fryer with a few pieces of parchment paper, you are golden! If you want to make this Keto Everything Bagel Cheddar Crisps Recipe in the Air Fryer, it is a snap!
Just set the temperature for 375 and cook for 5-10 minutes (check on them every minute past the 5-minute mark) until they are just beginning to crisp. Then remove them and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and you are ready to be in snack heaven!
How to Serve Keto Chips:
These cheesy snacks taste great all on their own. But, if you want to change things up you can top them with slices of pepperoni or other meat or dip them in you favorite creamy dip.
How to Store Keto Cheese Chips:
You can store your cheese crisps at room temperature in a well sealed container, for up to 1 week. After that time they’ll start to lose their crispness.
How to Freeze Keto Cheese Chips:
Place crisps in a well-sealed ziplock bag, or better yet a vacuum sealed bag, and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
What types of cheese can I use for Keto Cheese Crisps?
We like our crisps with mild cheddar, but you can get a stronger flavor from sharp cheddar. You can also use Swiss cheese (mind the holes!) or manchego.
What Is Keto?
The ketogenic or Keto diet is rapidly gaining popularity across the world. Initially, this way of eating was created in the medical world to treat hard-to-control epilepsy in children.
The Keto diet is a high-fat and low-carbohydrate diet, rounded out with just the right amount of protein. When the correct combination of fats, carbs, and proteins is eaten, the body will burn fats rather than carbohydrates.
Are Low Carb and Keto the Same?
For a large percentage of the population, these two terms are interchangeable. I have been known to do it and I have been on Keto for a long time! The basic premise of the two is the same, which is to lower your carb intake.
The two main differences between Keto and Low Carb are carb and protein intake. If you are working on cutting back on your carbs without the goal of being in ketosis, you would eat between 50-150 grams of carbs per day. Your protein goal on a low-carb diet is between 40-50%.
If you are planning on joining the Keto bandwagon, you will want to keep your carbs under 50 grams per day. As a matter of fact, strict Keto followers stay under 20 grams of carbs per day. For your protein intake, you will want to stay around 30%.
