These yummy Hawaiian Sandwich Pockets feature sweet honey glazed ham, pineapple tidbits, bell pepper, and Mozzarella cheese wrapped in a deliciously crisp wrapper.
They’re super easy to make and take very little time, making them a great afternoon snack for the kids, especially if you have older kids.
You can also serve them as a quick weeknight dinner. They’re also fun if you’re planning a luau themed party!
What makes these sandwiches so wonderfully crispy is that that they are made with spring roll wrappers. These wrappers are made from flour and water and cook up to crispy perfection.
You can purchase spring roll wrappers or use this spring roll wrappers recipe to make your own. Make sure you use a flour-based wrapper that is intended for baking, rather than the translucent rice paper wrappers intended for cold dishes.
