Did you know that chocolate chip cookies can still be delicious even if you reduce the fat and sugar – a lot!?!
Whenever I have made chocolate chip cookies from the classic recipe on the Nestlé Tollhouse Chocolate Chip bag, I have usually decreased the amount of sugar and used half the chocolate chips.
Well, on one of my baking adventures I accidentally halved the butter and the egg in the recipe too and guess what…..they still tasted good! Of course they taste different than “regular” cookies of and the shape/texture is also different, but they are still good and cause much less guilt!

What a wonderful adaptation of the classic chocolate chip cookie recipe. We all love them and it is hard to know when to stop eating them. At least these would make it much less sinful. LOL! Thanks for the great recipe.
