Actually, this banner is ready to do double duty as an ice cream party decoration any time of the year!
With the cute little heart-shaped ice cream scoops, it will brighten up your walls or windows for an ice cream party on Valentine’s Day or ANY day of the year.
While this makes a cute decoration even if you don’t have any plans to serve ice cream, if you DO plan to have some frozen treats, I also found an easy-to-use heart mold that can be used to make heart-shaped ice cream bars or ice pops. So cute!
How to Make a Valentine Banner:
To make your Valentine’s Day Banner, it’s super easy. Just print our free printable Valentine’s Day banner on copy paper, or for a more durable and less flimsy banner, print it on card stock.

Next up, cut out each piece of the banner. If you want to make a long banner, print out several copies of the sheet.
Then string a piece of jute twine on your wall, over a doorway, or across a window. Then use a wooden clothespin to attach each piece of the banner to the twine. That’s it!
