1 package yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 C brown sugar, packed
1/4 C butter, softened
1/4 C water
1 to 2 C chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9 x 13″ cake pan. Mix all ingredients except the chips thoroughly, then blend in the chips. Spread into pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
