This easy cole slaw recipe has no mayo and there is no cooking involved! It’s the perfect coleslaw for a BBQ or as a side dish to any meal.

Since 4th of July and all the related get-togethers and cookouts are coming up this weekend…I thought I would share a favorite summer recipe.
I hate creamy coleslaw (actually most any type of creamy salad) and I also don’t want to go to the trouble of turning on the stove to make coleslaw. This is a simple mix and refrigerate recipe that makes a great result!
I think it’s the perfect addition to any summer BBQ and I also like to keep some of it handy in the kitchen as a side dish for simple summer weeknight dinners. It’s very versatile!

McCormick Ground Mustard
Easy No-Mayo No-Cook Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients:
1 bag coleslaw mix
⅓ c sugar
½ c white vinegar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper
How to Make No Mayo Cole Slaw:
Put all ingredients except coleslaw mix in a container with a tight fitting lid and shake to mix. Add coleslaw mix and shake again until well coated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more before serving.
