No Bake Banana Split Cake
Serves 12 to 16
You’ll Need these Ingredients to make a Banana Split Cake:
(See amounts in recipe card below)
- graham cracker crumbs
- white sugar
- butter, melted
- cream cheese, softened
- confectioners’ sugar
- bananas, diced
- strawberries, diced
- canned crushed pineapple, drained
- container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
- coarsely chopped peanuts
- chocolate syrup
- maraschino cherries, drained
How to make Banana Split Cake:
1. In a food processor, pulse the graham crackers, white sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish in a flat layer. Refrigerate until set.
2. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and confectioners sugar until well blended. Spread the cream cheese mixture in an even layer over the graham cracker crust.
3. Over the cream cheese layer, place bananas, strawberries and pineapple.
4. Cover the top with a layer of whipped topping.
5. Drizzle the top with chocolate syrup.
6. Top the dessert with chopped nuts and cherries.
7. Refrigerate until completely chilled.
Serve cold.
How to Store Banana Split Cake:
This cake is best stored in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container. If you have a covered cake pan that comes with a lid that’s a great option!
If you’re planning to make the cake ahead of time to serve later, complete all the steps except for adding the nuts and cherries on top. If stored too long the nuts can soften and the color of the cherries can spread into the white whipped topping.

I was wondering how hard is it to serve. I’ve made other desserts with graham cracker cruse and it set up so hard it was hard to cut through and serve it up.
