Make game day special with this delicious Chunky Avocado and Corn Salsa recipe! It’s easy to make with wholesome ingredients.
What’s your favorite part of game day? For some it’s the game, but for me it’s the food!! There’s nothing better than getting together with family and friends for a few hours of fun while watching the game and eating delicious snacks!
Every year I host a game day party, I try to serve something new. There are a few old standbys that always need to make their way onto the menu due to popular demand, but it’s good to shake things up a bit and try something new.
This year I’m going to freshen things up with Avocados From Mexico and this delicious Chunky Avocado Corn Salsa.
Avocados From Mexico are perfect for game day because they’re healthy, delicious, and so versatile! We like avocados in guacamole, in dips, on sandwiches, in salads – you name it!
For this Chunky Avocado Corn Salsa, I’m adding a little spice and flavor with TABASCO® Sauce. For my recipe I used 1 teaspoon, but you can use as much or as little as you like….. just follow your taste buds!
I like to serve this Chunky Avocado Corn Salsa with yellow tortilla chips, but it’s also great on top of quesadillas. When it comes to the perfect beverage to accompany it, give RITAS a try. I like the way Lime-A-Rita compliments the fresh avocado taste and that TABASCO® Sauce kick. It’s fruity, fizzy and a fun party beverage.
Are you ready to get cooking? Gather these simple ingredients and prepare to receive compliments from your guests because this salsa will make a big impression on game day!
