Tastefully Simple Artichoke and Spinach Chicken Roll-Ups are easy to make, delicious, and nutritious. Try out this recipe and see just how good it tastes.
During this festive time of year I always have holiday parties and celebration on the brain. That makes my mind turn to party food!
For me this includes any type of appetizer – whether those appetizers be eaten before a meal, as snacks at a party or as the actually meal itself.
Tastefully Simple has lots of options for party food, especially with dip mixes. I previously told you about the Tastefully Simple Spinach and Herb Dip and how super yummy that is.
Well, just this week we had the chance to try the Tastefully Simple Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix.
The wonderful thing about these dip mixes is that not only do they make fantastic dips, they can also be used to make whole new recipes perfect for appetizers, snacks or (as we did) dinner!
By just adding four simple ingredients to the Tastefully Simple Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix and spending about 10 minutes in the kitchen, I ended up with absolutely deeeeeeelicious Artichoke and Spinach Chicken Roll-Ups.
As I mentioned, we ate this for dinner, along with a side of peas to make a well-balanced meal. But, I think they would make a really “wow” party appetizer!
They can be cut in half before serving, both so everyone can see the yummy filling inside and because they are quite filling!
While the original recipe for the Tastefully Simple Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip calls for Swiss cheese, I added mozzarella because it’s what we had in the fridge and because we love mozzarella.
Another good thing about the dip mixes – you’re free to experiment!
