Every Night Can Be Taco Tuesday!
Working nights back in my younger days was a way to make extra money and have my days free. One of the drawbacks for my bank account was the Taco Bell that was conveniently on my way to work.
Stopping for a few tacos on the way to work at least 3 nights a week made every night Taco Tuesday! Making a copycat recipe wasn’t something on my radar back then, but it is now! Finding a solid how-to of my favorite take-out recipes is almost a hobby for me!
Air Fryers Are Time Savers
Running around my kitchen desperately trying to make a yummy meal that won’t take all night is not my idea of fun. Call me a “set it and forget it” kind of cook. Using small appliances to save me time is high on my YES PLEASE list! Our Air Fryer is one of my new obsessions!
To say Air Fryers are time savers is a huge understatement. Cooking a recipe my family loves in less than 10 minutes is like a dream come true! Relaxing with my family eating a delicious Air Fryer Taco Bell Mexican Pizza is my new reality!
Which Air Fryer is Best?
I have tried 3 different air fryers now and by far my favorite is the Ninja Foodi! It is super versatile and has replaced our other air fryer, toaster oven and toaster!
As a close second, if you’re looking for a “basket style” air fryer like we used in this recipe, I also loved our PowerXL Vortex air fryer a lot and would still recommend that one too.
So, that brings us to our recipe! If you don’t have an air fryer, don’t worry! We have another delicious version of a Taco Bell Mexican Pizza Copycat recipe here that only uses your stovetop and oven.
