This super yummy Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato Recipe contains two of my very favorite foods – potatoes and garlic! The addition of yummy butter and cream sure doesn’t hurt either. These potatoes make a perfect accompaniment to roasts, turkey, chicken dishes and more. You’ll end up with some extra roasted garlic after making this recipe. That extra garlic is perfect for tossing into other meat or veggie dishes. It is also absolutely delicious just spread onto a piece of bread or a roll.
