Ingredients:
1 can minestrone soup (19 oz)
1 can whole kernel corn – undrained (15 oz)
1 can mixed vegetables – undrained (15 oz)
1 can black beans – rinsed and drained (15 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes with onion and green pepper – undrained (15 oz)
1 can diced mild green chiles, optional (4 oz)
How to make soup from your pantry cans:
Dump all ingredients into a large saucepan and heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
