This Salted Caramel Brownie Recipe has just the right combination of sweet and salty – one of my favorite flavor combinations!

While I find almost all types of brownies to be delicious, adding sweet creamy caramel and coarse sea salt on top makes them extra delicious!
The caramel sauce topping uses only 4 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to make. If you plan to serve your brownies with vanilla ice cream, drizzle some sauce on there too!
I used whole wheat flour to improve the nutrition a bit, but white flour can be substituted.

I am so happy that other than that brand of flour I have all the ingredients on hand to make these. I know that salted caramel is all the rage right now but I have never made any recipe. This one looks so good my mouth is watering already at this early hour! Thanks and I hope to make them this week!
