Inside Out Garlic Cheese Bites are one of my very favorite (easy) things to make to go with pasta or almost any meal. These little balls of goodness have a yummy surprise inside and are so easy to make. They also make a great appetizer or snack.
These cheese bombs are so easy to make that they’re perfect for a weeknight or any time. They literally take 5 minutes or less to assemble and then you just toss them in the oven to bake. Easy PLUS delicious is a win!
One of the keys to making this easy recipe extra tasty is using garlic salt with parsley. I think the very best one is the Lawry’s Garlic Salt with Parsley. Besides using it in these cheesy bites, it adds extra flavor to so many things. I love to sprinkle it on frozen pizzas and it’s awesome on chicken too.
Inside Out Garlic Cheese Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
One can of refrigerated biscuit dough
shredded mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
garlic salt – this Lawry’s Garlic Salt is my favorite!
butter
How to make Inside Out Garlic Cheese Bites:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Open the can of biscuits and stretch each biscuit into a larger circle (be careful not to stretch too far so there are no holes.) Place on a baking sheet. Top each round with a spoonful of mozzarella cheese with a pinch of permesan on top. Sprinkle with garlic salt
Gather in the sides of each round to the center and pinch together to seal. Brush tops with butter. (NOTE: I place a Silpat liner on the pan. Nothing ever sticks!) Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until starting to brown. Enjoy!

I have always done something similar, but on the outside of the biscuits – what a great idea to tuck the flavor INSIDE!

Cool. I still await a restaurant that gives cheese-filled bread like this as the free bread.

What a great way to use this dough! About the only thing I have every used it for, other than biscuits of course, is to make Monkey Bread. But that is a sweet treat and I just love this as a side for dinner! Thanks for the recipe!

Adding cheese sounds like a good idea, usually when I have had anything with garlic it is plain with butter.
