Feel better post-workout or any time you’re achy with this Homemade Essential Oils Muscle Rub. It smells great!
I was talking to my daughter a few days ago and she complained about her sore muscles after going to the gym. I laughed and said she should wait until she is my age and she can get sore and achy muscles getting in and out of bed!
I wanted to give her something to ease the soreness, but all I had was a stinky ointment. No, thank you!
I recently made a few beauty products that had essential oils in them. I must admit, I love the way they smell! My friend said there is so much more to using essential oils than how great they smell. She said they can also make you feel better.
When she told me that, I decided to make my own Handmade Essential Oils Muscle Rub! We are super happy with how well this DIY muscle cream worked. It is much better than that stinky ointment any day!

Step 3: Melt and add the shea butter.
Step 4: Melt and add the wax.
Step 5: Add the ginger to the bowl.
Steps 6-8: Add the essential oils.
Step 9: Stir until mixture is well blended.
Step 10: Gently pour the mixture into a container that has a tight lid. I made several small ones to keep and give away as gifts.
