Equipment

  • Glass Bowl
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spoon

Instructions

  • Melt your coconut oil and add to a medium glass bowl. You can use a double boiler or the microwave.
  • Add your carrier oil (the olive or sunflower oil; you can also use grapeseed, safflower or any other nut- or plant-based oil).
  • Melt and add the shea butter.
  • Melt and add the wax.
  • Add the ginger to the bowl.
  • Add the essential oils.
  • Stir until mixture is well blended.
  • Gently pour the mixture into a container that has a tight lid.
