Yarn Wrapped Easter Egg Cup Craft

Supplies needed:

• Assorted yarn
• White egg cup

That’s it! Don’t you love it when a craft only requires two supplies?

We were able to find our egg cup at our local Michael’s store for just $2. Yarn can be found just about anywhere for around a $1 as well if you’re willing to use random colors from the clearance section.

Choose a variety of colors that you like and that compliment each other.

How to make this cute egg cup:

1. Begin by cutting a generous length of yarn.
2. Press the end of the yarn to the base/neck of the egg cup. Hold your finger over it and begin wrapping the yarn.
3. As you wrap, pull tightly so that it secures the original start of the yarn to the neck of the cup.
4. Wrap until the neck of the cup is covered. To secure the end of yarn just tuck it into the previously wrapped pieces or add a small dab of glue.
