Lucky Charms Popcorn with White Chocolate Recipe

Lucky Charms Popcorn White Chocolate

I originally created this Lucky Charms Popcorn with White Chocolate recipe just thinking that it would look really cute.  Well, once I made it I realized that it really does taste AWESOME too!  I had to quick store it away or I would have ended up eating the whole batch!  The whole recipe only takes about 5 minutes to make so it’s a great last minute go-to when you find out you were supposed to bring a treat for that St. Patrick’s Day celebration!

Lucky Charms Popcorn with White Chocolate Recipe

3 cups popped corn
2 cups Lucky Charms Cereal
5 oz white chocolate/almond bark

Put the popcorn and cereal into a large bowl. Prepare a cookie sheet with a piece of wax paper on top. Put chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat for one minute. Stir. Continue heating 15 seconds at a time until fully melted. Slowly pour chocolate onto popcorn/cereal, mixing as you go. Spread mixture out on waxed paper. Let cool. Break apart any large pieces and serve.

  7. I don’t think that is right that you would microwave the white chocolate for 15 minutes–maybe it should be 15 seconds until melted????
