Ingredients for Sheet Pan Quesadillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green pepper
- 1 white onion.
- 7 tortillas
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- Mexican blend
- shredded cheese
How to make Baked Quesadillas
Turn on the oven and preheat to 425 degrees.
Saute the onions and peppers in olive oil in frying pan until softened and set aside.
Put the meat in pan and cook until browned. Drain off grease.
Add the meat back into the pan and then add the taco seasoning and cook to package directions.
Put the tortillas on a baking sheet. Make sure that they’re overlapping.
Layer the tortillas with veggies, cheese, and meat.
Fold the tortillas and put one in the center to close them all together.
Put another baking pan on top as this helps to hold in the help and crisp up the top.
Put in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
