During these long cold winter months, it seems like the Crockpot is more popular than ever. I have been using mine a lot this year and also experiementing with adapting family favorites into Crockpot meals.
Last week I tried one of these adaptations and I headed to Dollar General for ingredients. Dollar General has so many kitchen staples available on their shelves with their Clover Valley brand – most of them at prices lower than national brands. This makes Dollar General easy meals both quick, easy AND affordable!
I was able to get everything I needed at Dolalr General to creat this Crockpot Layered Bean Burritos recipe along with a side dish of spanish rice for just over $10. I even had extra ingredients left over. So, let’s get on to the recipe
