Thanks to Old El Paso for supplying me with products to create this Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas Recipe.
I love cooking Mexican food and I also love a quick and easy dinner. Sometimes the easiest way to get dinner on the table in a hurry is with a little help – like from Old El Paso Products. I recently received some of their favorites to try out and incorporate into an easy dinner. During late summer we can find lots of awesome veggies at the Farmers Market and these are perfect for adding into favorite Mexican dishes. One of my favorite things in the summer are fresh bell peppers – green, red, yellow – you name it!
To make cooking even easier, I like to rely on my slow cooker, which is how I decided to make my Old El Paso Fajitas.
Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

1 Old El Paso Chicken Fajitas Kit
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced

Place chicken, peppers, garlic and onion in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with the fajita seasoning mix from the kit and top with the fajita sauce. Cook all on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve on flour tortillas included in the kit.
