- 2 ½ cup Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoon Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Raisins
- ⅓ cup Pecans
- ¼ cup Almonds
Preheat your oven to 350.
Mix together the oats, maple syrup, pumpkin, oil, spice and salt.
Spread mixture out on a non-stick baking surface in a thin layer. (I like to use a cookie sheet with a silicone liner.)
Bake for 15 minutes.
Break up the oats and bake for another 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Add raisins and nuts and store in airtight container.
Make it More Homemade: This recipe calls for canned pumpkin puree, but you can also make your own homemade with our easy instant pot pumpkin puree recipe. You can also make your own pumpkin pie spice mix
Bigger or Smaller "Clumps": If you like big clumps in you granola you can increase the amount of syrup used and not spread out the granola as much on the baking sheet. If more pieces of oatmeal are touching each other while baking they can stick together into clumps.
Watch Carefully: If your oven runs on the hot side it's easy to go from golden granola to slightly burned in just a few minutes, so keep an eye on it during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Recipe makes six ½ cup servings.
