  • 1 can minestrone soup 19 oz
  • 1 can whole kernel corn - undrained 15 oz
  • 1 can mixed vegetables - undrained 15 oz
  • 1 can black beans - rinsed and drained 15 oz
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with onion and green pepper - undrained 15 oz
  • 1 can diced mild green chiles optional (4 oz)
