- 1 3 pound boneless turkey breast roast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon thyme leaves
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup water
Prepare the slow cooker liner with nonstick cooking spray. Pour water into the bottom of the slow cooker liner.
Mix dry seasonings together.
Rub turkey breast in oil. Season on all sides with dry seasonings. Place in the slow cooker and cover.
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees on an instant-read thermometer.
Your turkey breast should be defrosted before cooking. If it is still frozen, you'll need about 24 hours defrost time in the refrigerator if you breast is 4 pounds or less.
This recipe is written for a 3 pound turkey breast. If you make a larger one, increase the amount of seasoning and the cook time until the internal temperature reaches 165.
