Garlic Cheese Bombs

These delicious garlic cheese bombs are filled with gooey mozzarella cheese. They make the perfect side dish to a pasta meal or a fun party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Can of 8 jumbo-sized refrigerated biscuits
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Flatten each biscuit until it’s about ⅓″ thick.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of cheese on each biscuit.
  • Sprinkle each biscuit with garlic salt.
  • Pull up sides of each biscuit and twist at the top to form a ball with the cheese inside.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
