Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
  • 16 oz container of strawberry frosting

Instructions

  • Place the chips in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high thirty seconds at a time, stirring after each session, until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, combine the chocolate and the frosting until completely mixed.
  • Line a 9×13 baking pan with wax paper
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the pan. Add toppings or sprinkles on top of the fudge
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the fudge using cookie cutters or a butter knife.
  • Place the cut fudge back in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, and keep covered.

Notes

  • Be sure to stop heating the white chocoloate morsels as soon as they are melted. Overheating can cause lumps and can also affect the flavor.
  • When adding M&Ms or other toppings, gently press them down into the fudge so they will stick in place after cooling.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
