- 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
- 16 oz container of strawberry frosting
Place the chips in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high thirty seconds at a time, stirring after each session, until chocolate is completely melted.
Once the chocolate is melted, combine the chocolate and the frosting until completely mixed.
Line a 9×13 baking pan with wax paper
Spread the mixture evenly in the pan. Add toppings or sprinkles on top of the fudge
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut the fudge using cookie cutters or a butter knife.
Place the cut fudge back in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place, and keep covered.
- Be sure to stop heating the white chocoloate morsels as soon as they are melted. Overheating can cause lumps and can also affect the flavor.
- When adding M&Ms or other toppings, gently press them down into the fudge so they will stick in place after cooling.
- Store fudge in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
