Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz bag angel hair shredded coleslaw mix
  • cup mayonnaise
  • tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seed optional
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, celery seed (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk the ingredients together thoroughly until smooth.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
