Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk I use 2%
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix Bisquick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped in small pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup American cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix milk, butter, eggs, biscuit mix and salt together and whisk until well blended.
  • Blend in ham, broccoli and cheeses.
  • Pour in greased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden.
