Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to how spicy you like it
  • Optional: 1/2 - 1 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all spices together and store in an airtight container. Use in any recipe calling for cajun or creole seasoning – or add it to your own creations!
