  • 10 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups shortening

Instructions

  • Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl (whisking well).
  • With two forks, or a pastry cutter if you have one, cut the shortening into the mixture until it forms coarse crumbs.
