Snowman Bark Recipe
Festive Snowman Bark made by melting white chocolate into small circles and decorating them with candy eyes, M&M buttons, mini Reese’s hats, and pretzel arms. A cheerful, kid-friendly winter treat that’s easy to make and perfect for parties or gifting.
- 11 oz White Chocolate Chips
- Mini Reese’s Cups
- M&M
- Cooking Spray
- Candy Eyes
- Pretzel Sticks
- Wax Paper
Pour the white chocolate chips into a saucepan and lightly spray with cooking spray. Melt the chocolate chips over medium heat. Roll out a piece of wax paper and then spread the melted chocolate onto it in two- to three-inch circles.
Place a mini Reese’s on top of the snowman for a hat and two candy eyes as well.
Create a nose using an orange M&M.
Use the other colorful M&M pieces to create buttons.
Take two pretzel sticks and place them on the melted chocolate to create arms. Let the chocolate set before serving!
-
Use medium-low heat when melting the white chocolate to prevent it from seizing or burning. Patience is key!
-
Lightly spray the saucepan and wax paper with cooking spray to make removing the snowmen easier.
-
Keep your chocolate circles around 2–3 inches so the pretzel arms stay secure.
-
Chocolate can harden fast, so have all your candies and pretzels ready before you start.
-
Slightly tilt hats, buttons, or arms—each snowman can have its own quirky charm!
-
Let the bark set fully at room temperature or in the fridge before serving to avoid melting or smudging.
-
Swap Reese’s cups for Rolos or M&Ms for holiday colors to create fun variations.
-
Use a spoon or small offset spatula to shape the chocolate circles neatly for a polished look.
