This easy-to-make Pizza Egg Rolls recipe features crispy egg roll wraps filled with pepperoni and ooey-gooey cheese. Serve with zesty pizza sauce for a crunchy and delicious snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 24 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 ounces Pepperoni Slices
  • Vegetable Oil for Frying
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce

Instructions

  • Lay the egg roll wraps out on a flat surface.
  • Take a pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese and place it in the center of the egg roll wrap.
  • Add several slices of pepperoni.
  • Roll up the egg roll wrapper by folding in the ends and then rolling up from one side.
  • Use water to seal the wrap together.
  • In a skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees F.
  • Fry the pizza egg rolls for 30-60 seconds on each side until completely brown.
  • Serve with pizza sauce & enjoy!

Notes

To make Air Fryer Pizza Egg Rolls, brush both the egg rolls and the basket of the air fryer with olive oil. Cook at 360 F for 7 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. As air fryers can vary from one model to the next, you might want to make one or two egg rolls as a test before making your whole batch.
