  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ cups chopped peaches
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 cups of Ice as needed

Instructions

  • Add oats into blender and blend until ground into a powder.½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • Add fruit, greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, ice and cinnamon.1 ½ cups chopped peaches
