Grinch Truffles
Creamy chocolate truffle centers are chilled, then dipped in green candy melts, drizzled with white chocolate, and topped with red heart sprinkles. Cute, festive, and perfect for holiday parties!

- 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 bag green candy melts
- ⅓ cup white candy melts
- red heart sprinkles
In a saucepan, place chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream. On low heat and stirring frequently, melt the chips.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the melted mixture into the pan. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Remove and either roll 1-inch truffles or use a dome mold and place some truffle mix into each dome. Freeze for 10 minutes. Pop the truffles from the domes and dip them into the melted green candy melts.
Melt the candy melts as directed on the package, as each type has different directions.
Dip and place on parchment paper. Drizzle with white melted candy melts and place two hearts on each truffle.

Chill the chocolate mixture thoroughly for easier rolling or molding.

Work in small batches to keep the truffles cold while dipping.

Use a fork or dipping tool for a smooth candy coating.

Add sprinkles immediately after dipping for best adhesion.
