Ingredients
Country Ribbon Corn Dogs
½
yellow or orange bell pepper
½
green bell pepper
4
grape tomatoes
cooking spray
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. (I lined mine with aluminum foil first.) Set corn dogs on one side of tray.
Cut the peppers into squares a little bigger than the diameter of the corn dogs.
Place the peppers on the other side of the baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Cook for 20 minutes, turning everything once half way through.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Slide corn dogs off stick and cut each into 5 pieces. Thread back onto sticks alternating peppers between each slice.
Top the stick with a fresh grape tomato.
