These Easy Bat Treat Bags are a great way to get the kids involved in helping out with the Halloween preparations!

Equipment

  • Hot glue gun (optional)Color your wooden clothespins with a black magic marker or acrylic paint.

Ingredients

  • Wooden clothespins
  • Black marker
  • Black construction paper
  • White tape
  • Plastic googly eyes
  • Craft scissors
  • Craft glue
  • Mini Oreo Cookies
  • Ziplock snack or sandwich bags

Instructions

  • Color your wooden clothespins with a black magic marker or acrylic paint.
  • Fill your plastic snack bag with the Oreo Cookies (or your choice of snack or treat) and once it is dry, clip the middle with the clothespins.
  • Using craft glue or a glue gun, attach your plastic googly eyes to the top front of the clothespin. 
  • Cut out two pointy teeth and attach them under the eyes.
  • Cut out two bat ears and attach them to the back of the clothespin, lining up with the eyes.
