Ingredients
- Empty toilet paper rolls
- Ribbon cord, yarn, fabric, etc. - any desired color or pattern
- Small decor
- Glue
Instructions
- Cut toilet paper roll into 4 equal size rings
- Apply glue to outside of ring and wrap covering all the way around the ring
- Glue end piece to the inside of the ring
- Glue on additional decor, if desired
- Let dry, insert napkin
