- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease muffin tins.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add wet ingredients and stir well. Batter will be runny.
Fill muffin tins ⅔ full.
