Apple Pie Popsicles Recipe

Honeycrisp apples combine with Greek yogurt to make these delicious Apple Pie Popsicles to help you transition from summer to Fall!

Ingredients

  • 1 honeycrisp apple; peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon cardamom
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • cup sugar can replace with honey
  • 2 ½ cups greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Peel apple. Dice into small pieces and make sure to remove all seeds and the core.
  • Place apples into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg.
  • Mix in greek yogurt and sugar.
  • In the popsicle mold fill with apple pie popsicle filling.
  • Place in the popsicle stick and freeze overnight for the best results.

Notes

When you are ready to serve your apple pie popsicles, take them from the freezer and gently pop them out of the mold. If your icy treats won't come out, just run or dip the bottom of the mold under warm water for a few seconds!
